When you’re trying to lose weight or just adopt a healthier lifestyle in general, desserts can be a hard thing! With Weight Watchers though, you can still have desserts as long as you fit them into your points for the day. However, some regular sweet treats could easily have 8-15+ points per serving (eek), so it’s a good idea to find some lower point options! So, here’s 10+ ideas to help satisfy your sweet tooth with only 3 Points+ or less!

Of course, fresh fruit is always a really good choice to satisfy those sweet cravings! Making something like this rainbow fruit salad, is a really smart option (and looks pretty too)! If you’re really needing something sweet, top it off with a tiny drizzle of chocolate, a spray of whipped cream, or dip in a little greek yogurt!
