Welcome to week 2 of our Elf on the Shelf link party! Last week, I shared that we started the Elf on the Shelf tradition for the first year with our cute elf, Christopher Pop-in-Kins. Big Brother was a little unsure about how everything worked and what would be going on with our elf. But, now, the big boys have really gotten into it. They are so excited each morning to find the elf and see what he’s been up to. And, Big Brother (who is in 1st grade) has been coming home talking about the antics of some of his friends’ elves. It’s so fun that he has something to talk about with his friends like that. For the most part, we’ve kept things simple & easy this week with our elf’s antics. So, I thought I’d share a week’s worth of easy & fun Elf on the Shelf ideas from what we did this week & a few favorites from bloggers that linked up to our #elfontheshelf party last weekEasy Elf on the Shelf ideas for a week!

  1. Elf decorated the top of our fridge with some lights! 🙂
  2. I am JuJu’s elf was missing Santa so had a “visit” on the computer.
  3. Our elf will be riding Sven from Disney’s Frozen in for a visit!
  4. How about a “kissing booth” for your elf? 733 has a free printable!
  5. Have your elf go to the Jedi Training Academy!
  6. Hang your elf upside down from some decorations!
  7. Have your elf bring a movie surprise!

Elf on the Shelf DVD ideaThis was the first time our elf brought any gifts and the boys were SO excited! Our elf stayed on a shelf above the tv and tied a ribbon to the Disney movie, “Santa Buddies”. The movie then dangled in front of the tv. Super easy to do & oh so fun!

Now, it’s YOUR turn to share your elf’s fun antics!
