Dadgum That's Good cookbooks

John McLemore, is a father, husband, President/CEO of Masterbuilt Inc., and author of “Dadgum! That’s Good!” and “Dadgum! That’s Good, Too!”. Between the two cookbooks, there are almost300 delicious recipes for smoking, frying, and grilling with family and friends! And, can we just say, “YUM”!! Seriously y’all (somehow that phrase just seems appropriate in this post 😉 ), there are SO many delish recipes in these two cookbooks! There are even some great recipes for boiling and steaming too! To get a little sneak peek at what you’ll find in the cookbooks, check out some great recipes on the Dadgum That’s Good Blog!

Masterbuilt sent me the cookbooks to check out and put to use with the Masterbuilt Digital Electric Smokehouse smoker.  We’ve got brats and corn on the cob in the smoker right now, using John’s recipes in “Dadgum That’s Good!“for smoked “haute” dogs and smoked corn on the cob! This is our first time trying our hand at smoking anything and we’re super excited to try it out. The smell in our backyard is incredible!! I’ll be sharing a full report on the Masterbuilt electrical smoke house and our yummy food soon. But, first, I wanted to give you the opportunity to win these great cookbooks!
