How is it possible that Christmas is less than 60 days away?! That means the holiday season will quickly be upon us! In addition to starting to think about holiday cards, I need to start working on my Shutterfly calendars. If you’ve been a reader for a while, then you know that I love Shutterfly and have used them for many of our Christmas cards & photo gift needs. I love so many of their products, but the calendars are a HUGE favorite! They make great gifts – especially for family members! In fact, it’s become a gift tradition for our family! This all started for Big Brother’s first Christmas. Big Brother was the first grandchild on both sides of our family and was the first great-grandchild for all of our sets of grandparents except for one. So, I decided to make photo collage wall calendars
from Shutterfly for all the grandparents and great-grandparents for that first Christmas. I figured people would enjoy them, but had no idea the reaction would, “you know, we are now expecting these every year”. So, this Christmas will actually mark the 7th year of our Christmas calendar gift (I can’t believe it’s been 7 years!!!).
I feel like making the calendars is just another way to preserve & share family memories! It’s so fun to be reminded of special moments and trips just by glancing at the calendar. What I love about making Shutterfly calendars is how many different creative tools you have at your disposable! There are so many different photo layouts & backgrounds to choose from. You can have a very simple/modern look, a page that’s entirely photos, or a mix with fun holiday themes. The combinations are nearly endless. So, it’s easy to find options to match your style and the look of your pictures! I also love that you can put pictures on special dates as well – perfect for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, etc.
Have YOU made Shutterfly wall calendars before? Would you like to win a free one??

I love shutterfly! What a fun giveaway!
I would love to try the Shutterfly calendars. I have been making calendars each year since my daughter was born but just the kind where you insert the photo in the slot. I cannot believe this will be the 7th year for us making calendars as well. After the first year, it has been expected every year since. I always make them for the grandparents and great-grandparents as well as one for us, so it would be used for one of those.
