Mmmmm….looking for a tasty snack idea with some great fall flavors? Look no further than this awesome pumpkin pie greek yogurt dip! I’m so thrilled to share this yummy recipe with you today as part of a sponsored campaign with Yoplait.
Pumpkin is king during the fall months around our house, though apple-anything is a very close second. So, how about something that combines the two? This pumpkin pie dip makes for a GREAT fall snack, especially when you dip apples in it!! You only need a few ingredients, including Greek yogurt!
I love using Greek yogurt in recipes & dips as a better-for-you ingredient! I love that it gives the kids a little added protein! So, for this recipe we used Yoplait Greek 100 (vanilla) and it worked great! Add in a few other ingredients (that you probably already have, especially this time of year) and you’ve got a delicious snacking option. Who doesn’t love a good dip?!
This dip would be great for a fall after-school snack, football game-watching during the fall, or even a Thanksgiving appetizer or healthier dessert option!
Here’s the easy recipe:
Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 1 container vanilla Greek yogurt I used Yoplait Greek 100
- 1 C canned pumpkin puree NOT pumpkin pie filling
- 1 C whipped topping
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir to mix well.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours (or overnight) to help thicken/set (or freeze for approx. 30 minutes to thicken).
- Serve cold with assorted items to dip (apples, graham crackers, gingersnaps, vanilla wafers, etc).
SO good!! It pairs perfectly with apples, graham crackers, gingersnaps, vanilla wafers, etc. We found these pumpkin snaps and they are SO insanely good with the dip! YUM! So be sure to pin this one for later!
You can pick up your Yoplait yogurt and all your pumpkin dip supplies at Walmart! Be sure to look out for special seasonal flavors too! A pumpkin pie flavored yogurt would make this extra tasty!
