This is the time of year when people are evaluating their goals for the new year, making resolutions and getting organized. I’ve already shared with you the pantry challenge we’re taking this month and the goal to get back on track with meal planning. So, to help me with that meal planning goal, I’ll be using eMeals. I’m hoping that it will help keep me more organized in the meal planning department and help keep us on track with some health & fitness goals for the year! The process is really simple. When you sign-up, you get to pick a plan based around your family size, grocery store, and eating style. They have meal plans that to keep you on track with just about any eating goals, including classic meals, clean eating, paleo, simple gourmet, low carb, low fat, portion control, natural & organic, gluten free, and vegetarian. If you’d like more ideas than just dinner, there are lunch & breakfast plans available too.
I’m SUPER excited about this! I love that I can choose a different plan at any point, which I will definitely be doing. To start, I selected classic recipes. But, I’m excited to try out some of the different plans- like paleo and clean eating to get some healthier recipe ideas! Not only will I be getting a week’s worth of new recipes each week, but there is a full grocery list included! Such a time saver!
When trying to meal plan (especially when it’s something you’re not in the habit of), making the grocery list can be a bit of an undertaking. And, if you forget an ingredient at the store it is SO frustrating. So, between the list included in the meal plan and this printable, hopefully that problem will be solved! I think this list combined with an eMeals meal plan will be perfect for all the grocery planning! So, hopefully this all will not only be a good time saver, but be a good way to #getorganized and #gethealthy in the new year! If you would like to try eMeals this year too, here is a discount code to save 15% off your subscription: newyear
Do you have any meal planning, health or organizational goals for 2013?
Disclosure: I was provided with an eMeals subscription. However, as always, all opinions are entirely my own. Graphics in this post have been provided by eMeals.

YES!!! As we returned from our trip last week, with an empty fridge and freezer meals long gone, meal planning is high on the list. But there were some things just a bit higher! So…it will be a focus in the week to come! ‘Til then, I’m floundering around at mealtimes…
Good luck! That’s so hard when you’ve been gone a while!
