Fresh fruit and popsicles are two summer staples! And, here in Arizona, the weather has already started warming up. So, we’ve dusted off our pop makers to start making some fun popsicle treats! These kiwi watermelon pops are not only tasty, but SUPER healthy too! Just 3 ingredients – kiwi, watermelon, and water!
It really doesn’t get healthier than those simple ingredients! No added sugar, no food coloring, no artificial flavors. Just simple fresh fruit pops, perfect for snacking on during hot days (or anytime really)!
Kiwi Watermelon Popsicles
Ingredients
- 2 C seedless watermelon chunks
- 2 kiwi peeled & sliced
- 1/4 C water
Instructions
- Combine watermelon chunks and water in a high-powered blender. Blend until well-pureed.
- Peel & slice kiwi. Place a few slices on the sides of of your pop maker/molds.
- Pour watermelon puree into the molds and freeze until set.
- Enjoy!!

I would use strawberries with the kiwi.
We are a few weeks from being HOT. But spring has finally arrived and Grandsons like ay frozen treats. Going to have to get some popsicle makers.
