I’m not a huge fan of plain coffee, but add in some fun flavors and it’s a whole new ball game. Caramel macchiato is one of my favorite indulgent coffee drinks. But, I don’t always want to drive to the local favorite coffee stop & drop $5 on a special drink. Did you know it’s REALLY easy to make one at home? With this simple frozen caramel macchiato recipe, you can enjoy a cool “pick-me-up” anytime! To whip this up anytime, the key shortcut is International Delight Iced Coffee (Caramal Macchiato flavor). It’s definitely tasty right out of the container, but I’m a sucker for frozen, slushy drinks –especially on hot summer days. So, with just a bit of extra prep, you’ve got a deliciously frosty iced coffee drink, perfect for a dessert drink or daytime treat. Doesn’t it look so tasty?! The added bonus is that making this treat couldn’t be any easier! You’ll just need a blender to mix everything in! Here’s the “recipe”:
- 1 C ice cubes
- 1 C International Delight Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee
- Whipped cream
- Caramel Sauce
- In a blender, combine the ice cubes and iced coffee. Blend until the desired "slush level" is reached (add ice if needed).
- Pour contents into a glass. Top glass with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Seriously – so tasty! The whipped cream & caramel drizzle really help to make it feel (& taste) extra fancy and fun! No need to go out to the coffee shop. Enjoy this frozen delight right at home anytime! YUM!!!
