Coffee Breakfast Smoothie

This Coffee Smoothie is the perfect way to start the day, combining two breakfast favorites - iced coffee and smoothies!
Prep Time5 minutes
Total Time5 minutes
Course: Drinks
Servings: 2
Author: Sara @ Mom Endeavors

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee chilled or frozen in ice cube trays
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 large banana frozen if you want a thicker smoothie
  • 1 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • *optional - handful ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until well-combined.
  • Serve & enjoy

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen bananas. To avoid the smoothie getting watered down with regular ice cubes, you can freeze coffee in ice cube trays and use those. Add more honey (or other sweetener) as needed for desired level of sweetness.
