Grilled Veggies RecipesThe summer months are just perfect for grilling! Cookouts/BBQs with friends is one of our favorite summer activities! When talking about the grill, I think recipes like grilled chicken, beer brats, burgers, kabobs, etc. are what usually come to mind. But, we’re wanting to branch out and try some healthier things on the grill this summer. During our trip to Kauai, we grilled pineapple and it was SO good! We’ve also done grilled corn on the cob before, so we’re eager to try some more grilled veggies! I think grilled asparagus would be divine! Grilled Corn on the Cob

  1. Sara,
Thanks for including my butternut squash in your round up!
We got a new grill recently and I’m well on the way to meeting my goal of putting the farm share on the grill this summer. So far I’ve grilled asparagus (yes, it is great), bok choy, green beans, salad turnips and smashed potatoes. I’m even grilling a bunch of veggies one day, and using them in main dish salads later in the week!
As the weather turns to more traditional summer crops I’ll keep on grilling.
Pinning and sharing this–I appreciate the inclusion and the ideas!
