March Madness Viewing Party

We like sports pretty well around here (yes, even me)–especially col­lege ones! And, we love a good excuse to get together with friends! So, March Mad­ness is the per­fect oppor­tu­nity to host a party! 

  

I was imme­di­ately drawn to the Orville Reden­bacher Pop Up Bowls since we liked them so much before, the Buf­falo Chicken Dip, and the Whoopie Pies. We headed out for a lit­tle shop­ping trip to get all of our sup­plies. (You can read more about that on Whrrl here).

Looks like party food, huh?! We decided that pizza would be eas­ier than wings with the  kid­dos around. So, we went that route for a “main dish”. As soon as we got home, I made the buf­falo chicken dip (full recipe details com­ing soon) and did a dif­fer­ent twist on the Whoopie pies!  

Here’s the whole munchie spread, just wait­ing for our friends to get there. Big Brother’s bas­ket­ball board book was the per­fect addi­tion! 

 For the kids to enjoy some March Mad­ness fun, we brought in their lit­tle bas­ket­ball hoop! They had such a good time! Even the lit­tlest guy got in on the action!
