Don’t they all look great? The hands-down blog favorite has been the one pan salmon & vegetables dinner (with well over 150,000 pins already!!). It’s so easy to make and a easy weeknight recipe! For a healthy lunch, I love the tuna stuffed avocados or the shrimp & avocado salad! YUM! Just some healthy meal swaps can really be beneficial!
