These ocean octopus pudding cups are a fun treat for the kids, perfect for celebrating a trip to the beach or even a Finding Dory party! 
Summertime always makes me think of the beach! So today we’re celebrating summer today with a fun ocean/beach-themed recipe! These pudding cups are designed to look a little like the beach (sort of like our beach sundaes)! Top it off with a gummy octopus, and you’ve got an extra fun treat! 
Aren’t they fun?! With the popularity of Hank from Finding Dory, I think these would be great for a Finding Dory party or movie night! And because they’re just made with pudding, these little dessert cups are VERY easy to make! Just a few minutes and a few ingredients! 
Here’s the easy recipe:
Octopus Ocean Pudding Cups
Ingredients
- 5.1 oz box instant vanilla pudding
- 2 Cups milk
- Blue food coloring
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Trolli gummy octopus
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together your vanilla pudding, milk, and blue food coloring then whisk. Add food coloring until a desired shade is reached.
- Set pudding the fridge for about 5 minutes until soft set
- Fill the bottom of your cups 1/4 way with your blue pudding
- Now fill another 1/4 with Graham cracker crumbs
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 to do two more layers
- Now use a tablespoon to scoop a small amount of your blue pudding on top of your Graham cracker crumbs to look like sand and water
- Top of with a gummy octopus and enjoy!
