I was asked to take “Halloween” out of my Chicken Salad Stuffed Tomatoes, but these were too easy and fun not to keep here. So, I’m reposting them here in a separate post. They are an easy way to make eating a big ‘ole healthy tomato fun!

Once the tomatoes are stuffed and all, just carve faces out of them! Perfect for Halloween (or anytime, really). Plus, they are easy & fun!
