Dr. Seuss One Fish Two Fish Popcorn MunchOne of my very favorite Dr. Seuss books is One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish! It’s such a great book and lends itself so well to all kinds of fun activities and fun foods! So, we decided to have a little extra fun and make this “one fish two fish popcorn munch”. The bright colors just scream Dr. Seuss! One Fish Two Fish PopcornThe boys of course were dying to eat this! They love popcorn anyway, but add in some chocolate, sprinkles, & colored candy…and you’ve got a very enticing treat! Unlike some of my other Dr. Seuss fun foods, you can whip this up in just a couple of quick minutes. And, kids can easily help make this too! Dr. Seuss Fun Popcorn MunchAll you’ll need to make this is some popped popcorn, red melting chocolate (or another color of your choice), sprinkles (we used red, white & blue), some peanut M&Ms (we omitted the brown), and some JuJu Fruit Fish! For our bowl pictured there, we used about 5-6 cups of popcorn. Then, I just melted a small handful of red Wilton candy melts in the microwave. I drizzled that over the popcorn. Then, we added sprinkles and the candies! And, that’s it. Serve your “One fish, two fish” popcorn munch up as part of a Dr. Seuss birthday celebration or just a fun dessert/snack while reading your favorite Dr. Seuss classics! Dr. Seuss Popcorn Munch Snack
