Another Day in Paradise Caribbean Cocktail

Sipping on this super delish cocktail really will remind you of another day in paradise!
While we were in Turks & Caicos for the Social Media in the Sand Conference at Beaches Resort, I had the pleasure of doing a tropical mixology class! The class was so fun, where we learned to make 5 different fun Caribbean rum cocktails. Don’t they all look great?! They were all quite good, but “Another Day in Paradise” was definitely my favorite! I even got to make my own drink (behind the bar with full shaker and all) and that’s what I chose to do. Yum! Of course, it helps when the view of the water practically matches the drink itself! Oh that view! Swoon! It’s so incredible there. Sadly though, we all usually have to just pretend we’re in paradise. Sipping on a tasty, fruity cocktail can help though! And thankfully, I have the recipe to share with you! It’s SO easy to make!

Another Day in Paradise Caribbean Cocktail

Sipping on this fruity cocktail will help make it feel like another day in paradise.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Appleton Special Rum or your favorite rum of choice
• 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
• 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 3 oz. Orange Juice

Instructions

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice.
• Shake to mix well and pour into your favorite drink glass.
• Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry for extra tropical fun!
