They are SO good! These sliders give you real flavor, real fast and are something the whole family will enjoy! Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pulled Pork SlidersSliders are one of our favorite things to make on football Saturdays! They’re just so good! So, when I was asked to make a recipe with Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork, I knew sliders were going to be perfect – especially when I saw the Smithfield Marinated Applewood Smoked Bacon Pork Loin Filet. YUM!!!!  smithfield-applewood-smoked-baconWe picked up our Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork at WinCo (and from now until 10/15, while supplies last, you can get a coupon on WinCo’s website to use)! There are other tasty options too like Smithfield Marinated Roasted Garlic & Herb Pork Loin Filet, Smithfield Marinated Roasted Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper Pork Tenderloin, and Smithfield Marinated Hardwood Smoked Bacon & Cracked Black Pepper Tenderloin! I’m sure they’d all cook up fabulously, but the Applewood Smoked Bacon just sounded especially amazing! And what’s great is that because the pork is already marinated, you don’t need to do much of anything to it! The prep is already done for you, so you can have a super delicious dish in a hurry! Their motto is “Real Flavor, Real Fast”, and I have to agree! This was SO good. I bet it would be DELICIOUS on the grill too! But, we decided to go the slow cooker route and it made beautiful pulled pork! Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pulled PorkI love using the slow cooker because you can just dump your ingredients in and go about your day – go to work, run errands, school pickups, have fun watching football – whatever it is. Then, dinner is made in what seems like no time. For this recipe, you don’t even need 10 minutes of total prep time before and after! It doesn’t get any easier than that! You’ll just dump in your Smithfield Marinated 100% Fresh Pork and two other ingredients. After slow cooking & shredding the pork, put it on delicious Hawaiian rolls with some Hawaiian BBQ sauce and you have some REALLY fabulous sliders! hawaiian-bbq-slidersServe it up the sliders with a tasty side salad, like our broccoli cranberry salad, tropical ambrosia, or marinated vegetable salad, and you have a delicious, complete meal! So good! Here’s the easy recipe:

I live in the AZ desert as well, boy is it hot right now!!! To “think cool” I’m planning my Christmas party. It is going to be a Hawaiian theme, and I would love to try your Hawaiian BBQ pork. Did you find the loin shredded well. My experience is that the loin does not shred well what is your experience?
