Are you planning a trip to LEGOLAND and want to surprise the kids? I’ve got a simple DIY idea for you today! Last month, we took our first trip to Legoland (you can check out our post on LEGOLAND California Trip Planning Tips with Undercover Tourist for some deals & park advice). And, we LOVE surprising the kids with our trips! We did a simple thing for a Disney World surprise & for Disneyland. So, a fun day at LEGOLAND was another fitting trip for a little surprise fun! All you need to do this are a few Lego blocks, some labels, and a pen. You could always write directly on the blocks with Sharpie, but I didn’t want to permanently “ruin” them. The sticker labels can just be removed after you’ve had your fun. On separate labels (for separate blocks -1 block per word), I wrote the words, “Surprise! We are going to Legoland today!” Lay out a number of Lego blocks with the following note (feel free to save & use this image for your own personal use). Then, let the kids build and reveal the surprise! The younger kids/early readers might need a little help and big kids will probably figure it out very quickly. But, either way, it’s a fun way to surprise them with a special Legoland trip! Fun, right?! Perfect for a theme park surprise! The boys were SO excited to go to Legoland and had a great time while we were there!
Now, how about another theme park surprise?!?!
