Use angelfood cake with a bit of blue food coloring instead of marshmallows.

In reply to Nicola. You could make a Blue jello poke cake, using white cake mix, poke holes in it when done with the handle of a wooden spoon, pour the jello over the cake, refrigerate until set, then scoop the cake into the bowls still using the blue and white parillels and the whipiped cream.
