Buffalo Grilled Chicken Lettuce WrapsI love buffalo chicken anything! I also love taking this flavor and marrying it with something a little bit healthier. So I nixed the bread & flour wraps and used butter lead lettuce instead for a healthier version. I made this meal last week for my family, and my husband loved it!

First up, grill your chicken. I used two chicken breasts, seasoned them with salt and pepper and grilled them on my grill pan. Set them aside to cool and then thinly sliced the chicken.

I chopped up some carrots, cucumbers, celery and cilantro. You can see below everything was chopped pretty fine except for the celery. I loved using all these fresh ingredients in my wraps.
