Back to school time is in full swing here in Arizona and other places aren’t far behind. Of course, one of the first things my boys need (typed in my best dramatic whine for effect) after school pick-up in the afternoon is a snack. As much as possible, I really like giving them healthier snacks – going for more homemade and less processed stuff. So, I decided to round up some of the best healthy snack ideas out there (most of which I think my boys would actually eat).
With over 30 ideas here, this list actually has you covered for an entire month of healthy snacks!! Even if not everything on this list works for your kids, hopefully it will spark some creative ideas for you. Add in a few of your own favorites and you’ve got a whole bunch of variety to rotate through this school year!
