But, cooler weather has definitely arrived, leaving many of us crazy warm, cozy comfort foods! Casseroles, soups, stews, chilli – it’s all perfect this time of year! Don’t those all look great?! The skinny ham & potato soup is SOOO good! I just made a broccoli cheese version (much “skinnier” than normal too) that I’ll be sharing soon. Super yum! Then, there’s the slow cooker balsamic pot roast which is such a classic comfort meal for many! Just throw all the ingredients into the pot in the morning and have a super tasty dinner that night. Slow cooker overnight oatmeal is also awesome as you wake up to a delicious, hot breakfast!
