This Chile Con Queso dip is easy to make and is a total crowd pleaser. Perfect for parties and football-watching!

2lbblock Velveeta Queso Blanco
1small can chopped green chiles
Brown onions & ground beef in a sauté pan or skillet.
Cube Velveeta. Once the onions & beef are cooked, add Velveeta to the pan to start melting.
Add salsa & green chiles to the cheese & meat mixture.
Stir on low heat until cheese is melted and everything is well-combined.
Serve immediately, with chips!
If you like your dip on the spicy side, adding some diced jalapeño to this would be a good addition. We like to keep ours a bit more mild. Also, if you can't find the Blanco Velveeta, regular would work fine.
