This cherry lemonade is so colorful and delicious!

Ingredients
1Cdark pitted cherrieswe used frozen
2 1/4Csugar
2Clemon juice
4Cice cubes
5Cwater
Instructions
Place about 1C dark pitted cherries in a small bowl with 1/4 C sugar. Set aside while you get juice the lemons.
Juice lemons to get about 2 C lemon juice.
In a blender, dump in the cherry/sugar mixture into the blender. Dump in the sugar. Then, add in the 2 cups of lemon juice, 1 cup of water, and about 3 cups of ice. Blend well. Pour blender contents into a pitcher.
Then, in the blender combine 4 cups of water with another cup of ice. Blend well and pour contents into the pitcher.
Stir the pitcher contents to combine and serve immediately.
Notes
Notes: If you don't want it slushy, just play with the ingredients, subbing water for the ice. Also, depending on the tartness of your lemons, you may need a bit more sugar. But, this ratio was perfect for us.
