1 1/2Cof your favorite brewed coffeecold (this could be made ahead of time, and kept in the fridge)
1/8Cof half & half or coffee creamer
sugar to tasteoptional
4ct. Popsicle mold
Popsicle sticksoptional
Instructions
Combine the cold coffee and the creamer (adjust amounts depending on how much cream you like - I tend to like a lot). Next add the sugar (optional) and mix well.
Fill each popsicle mold with approximately ½ C. of your coffee mixture.
Cover with the lids, freeze and enjoy. Perfect for those hot summer mornings out on the porch!
Notes
**If you would prefer to use popsicle sticks like those shown in the picture (instead of the plastic sticks that come with the molds) simply cover your popsicle mold with plastic wrap and make a small slit with a sharp knife directly in the center of the mold. Slide the popsicle stick in and freeze.
