Pecan Pie Bars
For a twist on the classic holiday pie, try these tasty pecan pie bars.

Crust

butter

Filling

eggs

corn syrup

white sugar

butter
melted

vanilla

chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 15" x 10" baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Add flour, sugar, butter and salt in a bowl. Beat until the mixture is combined and resembles coarse crumbs. Press into prepared pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
While the crust bakes, prep the pecan pie filling. In a medium bowl, add eggs, corn syrup, sugar and butter. Mix well.
Fold in pecans.
Spread filling evenly over hot crust and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
Cool completely before cutting.
