Light, simple, and delicious, this Tuscan Zucchini Noodle Skillet cooks up in one pan for an uncomplicated dinner!

Ingredients
1lbsweet Italian sausage
4-6medium zucchinispiralized
1jar Bertolli red sauce
1Cshredded mozzarella cheese
Shredded Parmesan cheesegarnish/to taste
Instructions
Wash & spiralize the zucchini. To release excess water, place zucchini noodles in a colander with a sprinkle of salt. Set aside while you cook the meat.
In a large skillet on medium-high heat, brown the ground sausage. Once the sausage is done, add zucchini noodles*.
Toss the zoodles with the meat for just 2-3 minutes (don't overcook the zucchini).
Pour the jar of sauce over the mixture and stir in mozzarella.
Add Parmesan to taste to serve.

Notes
*To remove even more water from the zucchini, squeeze the noodles in a paper towel before adding them to the cooked meat. Doing this helps prevent the meal from being too runny as the zucchini loses its water.
