Ingredients

packages of cream cheese
8 oz each, softened

cup
sour cream

4oz can diced jalapenos (you can use fresh jalapenos if you prefer, just remember the seeds make it WAY spicy)

cup
shredded cheddar cheese

cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
1
tsp
garlic powder
TOPPING ingredients:

cup
crushed RITZ crackers
1/2
cup
Parmesan cheese
1/2
stick
1/4 C melted butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a baking dish, combine the cheeses, sour cream, jalapeños, and garlic powder. Mix until well-combined.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the crushed RITZ, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Then, sprinkle that over the cheese mixture.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until the topping is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
