Ingredients
2cans10 oz RO*TEL® Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
2cans14 oz whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2Cfresh cilantrochopped
3-4green onionssliced
juice from 1 large limeapprox 2 TBSP
Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine RO*TEL and whole berry cranberry sauce. Be sure to stir well to break up the sauce and evenly distribute throughout. Stir in lime juice.
Add chopped cilantro and green onions, stir to combine.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
Notes
* This salsa is even better the next day. So, consider making this dish the night before your event for best flavors. * You can substitute homemade cranberry sauce for the canned whole berry if you prefer. Approximately equal substitution would be about 3 cups of homemade instead of the two cans. * If you are making this dish for a small gathering, you could cut the recipe in half.
