Pumpkin Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies
Soft & delicious, these pumpkin cookies are bursting with chocolate chips and cinnamon chips for a perfect fall treat!

Ingredients

15oz can
pumpkin puree
(not pumpkin pie filling)

flour

Tbsp
ground cinnamon

tsp
baking soda

tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
salt

granulated sugar
1
C
brown sugar
2
eggs
2
sticks
butter, softened
2
tsp
vanilla

chocolate chips
(semi-sweet recommended)

cinnamon chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream together sugars and butter. Add in the pumpkin, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Once well combined, slowly add in flour, baking soda/powder, and salt.
Fold in chocolate and cinnamon chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons (or use a medium cookie scoop) onto ungreased baking stones or cookie sheets lined with parchment.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Allow the cookies to begin to cool (for about 5 minutes) on the cookie sheet.
Cool completely on wire wracks and enjoy!! Store in airtight containers. They’re even better the next day!
