frozen or fresh

Silk Almondmilk Protein + Fiber

large handful of ice
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until well combined.
Notes
Fresh cherries are great if you can get them in season. But, I do enjoy frozen fruit in smoothies just because it helps thicken the smoothie.
