Transfer green beans to a medium baking dish. Toss in bacon, cranberries, and slivered almonds.
Serve warm immediately or place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes to warm before serving.
Notes
For holiday meals, it might not be possible to serve immediately. So under cook the green beans in the pan and then heat everything in the oven for just about 15 minutes (at between 250-350 degrees) before serving.
