Shaklee 180 Vlog: My most important take-away! #ShakleeBlogger

But, for my final Shaklee Blogger Vlog post, I wanted to share with you what I think might be the most important take-away on the program. Here you go…

So, what do you think? Have you ever had an “ah-ha” moment like that on a health/weight loss/fitness journey?

I am so thankful that I have had that discovery. Even though I am more “in-tune”, that doesn’t mean I always am choosing the best thing. But, it’s great that since the changes I been making since the end of January (including the Shaklee 180 program), I have identified some foods that I need to be really cautious with. One of the major things for me is discovering that gluten is indeed an issue for me – no allergy, nothing serious. But, my body definitely has some issues with it, especially if I eat a lot of it. And, oh my goodness all, I used to eat A LOT of it. Honestly, probably every single meal and snack I ate had something with gluten in it. I’ve experimented with taking most of it out (and the Shaklee 180 products are gluten free too) and it’s a BIG difference from me. So, I’ll be continuing on with some of those diet changes, moving more, and my Shaklee products! Let’s see where this all takes me! ūüôā¬† Shaklee 180
