As I shared a few weeks ago, I’m one of the 90 bloggers participating in the #Shaklee180 Turnaround program! It’s a big commitment–6 months to be exact! And, it kicked off on March 1st! Here’s a look at my month 1 supplies: The kit contains Vanilla Smoothee Mix, Strawberry Smoothee Mix and Chocolate Smoothee Mix, Blueberry & Almond Crisp Meal-in-a-Bar, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Meal-in-a-Bar, 1 Snack Bar assortment pack, Pomegranate Energizing Tea, and Metabolic Boost Supplement. As part of the plan, I’m having smoothees (always mixed with fruit and/or spinach) and/or a meal bar in place of two meals each day. Then, I’m also eating healthy snacks (usually 😉 ), and having a healthy dinner (again, usually 😉 ).
Honestly, the first few days were hard. And, I wasn’t as good about sticking with the plan as strictly as I should have been. Then, I took my measurements (yes, it was already a couple of days in)…and oh my! I’m saving the full shock value for later when I can actually show you a difference. But, the numbers were horrifying to me. Yikes!
But, I’m pleased to say that the past few days have gotten easier! And, at just one week in, I’m already seeing the results!!! I’m down over 3 pounds and a few inches!! That means since January 21st, I’ve lost over 13 pounds and multiple inches! Woot!
So, the Turnaround has begun! I’ll be updating here at least once or twice a month, so be sure to check in! The accountability and encouragement are both great for keeping me motivated! 🙂
