PB&J Greek Yogurt DipBig Brother is ravenously hungry when he comes home from school. Plus, Little Brother misses his favorite playmate during the day. So, after-school snack time is a great time to sit down with each other and talk about our day! In fact, it’s one of my favorite moments each day. I’m soaking up these sweet family after-school moments now as I’m sure once they’re older, after-school time will be filled with all kinds of activities and busyness! So, for now, snack time is the perfect opportunity to talk about what happened at school, how the day was, and just reconnect (as sometimes the mornings are often hectic). One snack we love to have together is apples & peanut butter. To make things a little more fun though, I decided to concoct a PB&J dip! And, it’s so good! With only 3 ingredients, it’s a delicious & healthy snack!

 PB&J Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

  •  1/2 C plain Greek yogurt (vanilla might work too)
  •  2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp jelly of your choice

Healthy apple dippers snackDirections:

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl until well-combined and serve! Can’t get much easier than that! Serve up with apples and/or celery. Carrots and crackers would probably be good too! Peanut Butter & Jelly DipThe boys absolutely loved this dip! And, I love that it’s a relatively healthy snack that we can all share together! Talk about perfect for a nice “kitchen-table” moment after school! I really believe that sometimes these everyday, family moments are some of the best!
