Lemonade Pie BarsYou know how some recipes just scream summer? These lemonade pie bars are one of those recipes! Frozen, light, and refreshing – they are perfect for enjoying on a warm summer night! We actually were introduced to these (just like the banana split dessert) this summer on our trip back to Nebraska and enjoyed them out on the patio for dessert! It was so nice to spend family time outside and this recipe is so light & refreshing! Read on for the recipe and a great $100 Visa Card giveaway, sponsored by Finish! Frozen Lemonade Pie BarsThe original recipe is actually for lemonade pie. But, my mother-in-law put a spin on it by making bars instead (same exact recipe, just in a 13 x 9 pan instead). It’s great for making the dessert go a littler farther (and for each serving being less calories). But, if you’d rather go the pie route, you certainly can. You can’t go wrong either way – it’s light, frozen, tasty and perfect for summer! Here’s the recipe:

Lemonade PieYum! So good! I’m so wishing I was sitting outside (albeit in a bit cooler weather) enjoying a bite of this right now! Where frozen lemonade & sweetened condensed milk are concerned though, the mixing bowl & 9×13 can get a little sticky. But, that’s no issue with the Finish Power & Free product line. Just put the dishes in the dishwasher & let the Finish Power & Free® do the work! No pre-rinsing necessary! That gives you more time for precious, summer family time. Go outside & play with the kids and come back to sparkling, clean dishes.Finish Power & FreeThe Finish products work great for us (even with a sub-par dishwasher). And, I personally love that the Finish Power & Free products are designed to be less harsh –  safe enough even for baby products! My family is the worst for eating cheesy casseroles, Tex-Mex meals, and leaving the dishes over night (because “it can wait until tomorrow.”). So I would definitely use the help Finish Power & Free to to the test to try and fight dried on food to the dishes due to my procrastinators.

  3. I would have to say my Homemade Lasagna. It really makes my pan messy and all the other dishes that I use to make it.
