Lemon tartlets “were” wonderful ! I say “were” because my family ate them as quickly as they were topped w/raspberry & 10x. While looking thru recipe, there was a popup of a chocolate cookie or tart shell ? Filled w/piped chocolate frosting and topped w/a small Chocolate hat ? Cookie ? Can’t find it now. Any clues ???

I make puff pastry swirls using lemon pie filling and/or cherry pie filling. Then I drizzle confectionary sugar over them. They are a big hit with my Bunco Club members.

I made your little puff pastry shells, my first time using puff pastry and it was fun. They turned out great and I filled them with a hot crab dip for a party appetizer. Big hit! Thanks so much.

The filling is delicious although next time I would beat the lemon curd with the mixer before folding in the whipped cream as it was lumpy. Also, 15 minutes was way too long for the phylo cups, they were too crispy and fell apart. I would try 10 minutes next time. Really good though, everyone loved them

Yum! These look so good and easy to make. I’m looking for some finger foods for youngest daughter’s graduation party in June. May just have to add these to the menu. Thanks for the detailed recipe. Can’t wait to try it.
