A few weeks ago, we received an IntelliGender Gender Prediction Test to try. Have you heard of them? Tried one? I know two people personally that have taken one and for both of them, the results happened to be correct. So, I was curious and wanted to try it for myself.

For those not familiar, basically, it is a urine-based test that you can do right in the privacy of your own home to predict whether baby is a boy or a girl. And, apparently, this can be done as early as 10 weeks! According to the company (and the independent studies it presented), the results carry 80%+ accuracy.

Obviously, with any test like this, it is important to follow the directions exactly. So, I read everything over, followed it exactly as it said and waited. The results should come up looking something like either of these:

After doing what it said, I left the bathroom, because you know, I couldn’t just sit there and watch. I came back just a few minutes later and this is what I saw…

IntelliGender says boy #3 is on his way! After everything going on this pregnancy, we have another ultrasound really soon. So, we’ll see if the IntelliGender prediction is correct for sure in just a few days!!!!

Would YOU like to try IntelliGender to see if it’s correct for you? Or, do you have a pregnant friend who you’d like to give one to for fun? You can buy one for $27.99 from the IntelliGender site or….

  1. Very cool. Would be fun to give this to my daughter who is 8 weeks into her second pregnancy, Grandbaby #2 is on the way.

  2. I always do the Drano test with my best friend and so far it has been right every time. 4 out of 4! You get the Drano granuals, pour pee on top of some and if it stays blue its a girl and if it changes to brown its a boy. This looks just like it! I bet they use the same ingredient as drano! Anyway, I am totally guessing you are having a boy according to this! And my experiences. If I have a third I would want one of these so I am entering! Haha. If not, I have lot’s of pregnant or soon to be pregnant friends! 🙂 Thanks! Congrats on your boy! haha.

  3. My sister just recently found out she is pregnant with her first baby. I personally think she is pregnant with a girl since girls over rule boys in my family. I would love to win it for her.

  4. I’m proud to be one of those two people you mention here! Our’s was correct and we should be meeting that second little boy in the next week or so! Can’t wait to see if the test was correct for you!

  5. I think you’re having a girl, just like to mix it up. I would love to win it for me, because I am pregnant and really wanting to know what it is. Maybe I’ll try the Drano thing.

  6. We are thinking girl this time. Had an ideal pregnancy with my son, no nausea. This time around I am 11+ weeks in and the emotions are running and I am having daily nausea and sickness.

    1. Oh and I would love to win this for us. Since it could be right or wrong it would be fun for us since we have never found out the genders of our babies before.
