Can the cottage cheese be substituted with cream cheese? The folks I would make this for do not like cottage cheese!

This dip looks delicious!! Hubby is having some of his buddies over for a fight night next weekend. I think this dip will be perfect!

PS- What part of arizona are you in? We are just outside of Tucson. : )
