We are doing a challenge this week at our house. We leave next Wednesday for vacation out of state and are trying to use only the foods we have in our cupboards, fridge, and freezer. I literally had all of these things and needed to use them up. I made a few alterations with the flavors. I have already put everything thing together and plan to bake and serve tonight. Such a wonderful aroma in my kitchen right now. We love mustard at our house and I know this will be a big win!

Ha-Carol, I was thinking the same thing about the dyed eggs. We inevitably have some colorful whites too. That would give this dish a whole different look! 🙂
