Caramel Mocha Cold Brew Popsicles

Perfect for a old pick-me-up any time of the day, these caramel mocha popsicles are SO good and easy to make!

  • 2 bottles of Shamrock Farms Mocha Cold Brew Coffee & Milk
  • 2 TBSP Caramel Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Mini Chocolate Chips
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Mocha Cold Brew Coffee & Milk and the caramel sauce. Stir until sauce is combined with the coffee.
  2. Fill each popsicle mold approximately ¾ of the way up with the mixture.
  3. Insert sticks/attach lid and freeze for approximately two- three hours (until popsicles have started to freeze).
  4. Combine the rest of the Cold Brew Coffee & Milk with 1 TBSP Chocolate Sauce.
  5. Remove the popsicles from the freezer. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips into each popsicle well. If desired, add a little drizzle of caramel sauce over the chocolate chips. Then top off each well with the coffee & chocolate mixture.
  6. Return to the freezer for another 3-4 hours (or ideally overnight) until frozen through.
  7. Enjoy!
