Easy Restaurant-Style Italian Salad

This copycat restaurant salad tastes just like the real thing!

  • 1 bag romaine lettuce
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (sliced thickly)
  • ¼ red onion (very thinly sliced)
  • 1 can large, pitted black olives
  • croutons (store bought or homemade)
  • 3-4 pepperoncini peppers
  • ¼ C shredded Parmesan cheese
  1. Add all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Toss to combine.
  2. When ready to serve, add desired Italian dressing.
  3. Enjoy!
