Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt Dip

Perfect for fall, this pumpkin pie dip is a tasty snack or dessert option!
Recipe type: Dip
Serves: 3 cups
  • 1 container vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Yoplait Greek 100)
  • 1 C canned pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 C whipped topping
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 TBSP maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir to mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours (or overnight) to help thicken/set (or freeze for approx. 30 minutes to thicken).
  3. Serve cold with assorted items to dip (apples, graham crackers, gingersnaps, vanilla wafers, etc).
