Marshmallow Creme Frosting

  • 1 stick butter (room temp)
  • 1.5 C powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 7oz jar Marshmallow Creme
  1. Mix butter & sugar until creamy and well-combined.
  2. Add in vanilla and mix well.
  3. Stirring by hand, add in marshmallow creme to the butter & sugar mixture. Stir until well-combined.
  4. Use on cupcakes or refrigerate until ready to use.
At warmer temperatures, this frosting doesn't hold it's shape well. So refrigerate before & after decorating to help everything stay in place.
