Garlic Parmesan Cheese DipWhether it be for fall tailgating, special parties, or just an impromptu get-together with friends or family, sometimes you need an easy appetizer that you can whip-up in a hurry! So, when you find yourself in that situation, you can serve up this garlic parmesan cheese dip with Triscuits in no time! As part of a sponsored campaign, I’ve teamed up with Triscuit to share a tasty recipe. They have a new line of crackers that I paired with this dip – the Brown Rice Triscuit Crackers! Here are all the flavors in the line:

  • Brown Rice Triscuit seasoned with Tomato & Sweet Basil
  • Brown Rice Triscuit seasoned with Sea Salt & Black Pepper
  • Brown Rice Triscuit baked with Red Bean seasoned with Roasted Red Pepper
  • Brown Rice Triscuit baked with Red Bean seasoned with Savory Red Bean
  • Brown Rice Triscuit baked with Sweet Potato seasoned with Roasted Sweet Onion

Cheese Dip & Brown Rice TriscuitsWe tried the Roasted Red Pepper, Roasted Sweet Onion, and Sea Salt & Black Pepper. These savory crackers all tasted great with the cheese dip, but I think the Roasted Sweet Onion was the best with it! The Brown Rice Triscuit crackers are baked with 100% whole grain brown rice and wheat, (at 21 grams whole grain per serving), no high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oil, cholesterol or artificial flavors. But, there is still wheat in these Triscuit crackers so unfortunately, they do not fit into a gluten free lifestyle. With the addition of real food ingredients (like sweet potatoes and red beans), these Triscuit crackers actually seem to be a bit less dry. And, they are all packed with flavor! Cheese Dip & Cracker AppetizerNow, to make the cheese dip to go with your crackers all you need is 3 simple ingredients… cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder (you could use minced garlic if you refer)! To make, just take an 8oz container of softened cream cheese and mix in 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese and a 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder! That’s it. Make sure you mix thoroughly so everything is well combined. You can serve immediately or let it chill for a few hours (to let the flavors meld together a bit). Doesn’t get much easier than that! 1. This recipe was really yummy! I made it with less cream cheese so I just guessed but the recipe itself tasted amazing!
