Have you ever been to an Ugly Christmas Sweater party? For some, they are an annual tradition! Dress up in tacky sweaters and celebrate the holidays with friends! Fun, right? When we got invited to our first ugly Christmas sweater party,  I searched the thrift stores high and low for the perfect sweater. But, I couldn’t find any. So, I DIY’d some! 🙂 Aren’t they beautiful?! 😉 After not being able to find anything at the thrift stores, I decided to hit the one place that I hoped I’d be able to find a good, ugly starting base at a low price–Walmart. They didn’t fail to deliver! Aren’t these just begging to be “tackified”?!… Just open up the craft stash (or buy a few supplies) and go to town! I used some hot glue, felt, stickers, ribbon, and little jingle bells. The deer got turned into Santa’s reindeer with some jingle bell collars & other decor. Plus, we went to town with the snowflakes (I even let Big Brother help). When all was said & done, we ended up these beauties: Mr. Mom Endeavors was such a good sport! We were all so very stylin’ at the party! While we wore our lovely DIY ugly sweaters, one of our friends rocked a bright lime green light-up sweater and some others sported some very LARGE Santa-face shirts!

So fun!
