Cheeseburger and French Fries BakeThe best part is that this came together really quickly–almost a one pan dish! And, this would also make a great freezer meal! The Ore-Ida® French Fries are frozen anyway. So, you could prep everything for the casserole and freeze. Then, just bake and top with the fresh ingredients! A variation (probably healthier )of a family favorite since the boys where teens! Mine used a can of golden mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup mixed with the burger. Topped with fries, baked and catsup, mustard and pickle added at the table.

I think this would be wonderful to take to a potluck too. It has everything there and no need for all the little items to make the dish. Thanks for sharing. I have not seen this before. Who doesn’t like hamburgers and fries too!!!

  3. We tried this tonight and sadly, it isn’t a keeper. I made it as written, and it wasn’t very flavorful. Also, the French fries didn’t crisp like they would if they didn’t have a layer of meat under them good idea, but didn’t work well. Oh, well. If you don’t try new things, you never learn!

    1. Hi Sara! Sorry it wasn’t for you! My family loved it, but recipes definitely are tricky to please everyone with so many different palates out there.
