Green is one of my favorite colors and with an Irish heritage, I look forward to St. Patrick’s Day each year. My daughter enjoyed making a St. Patrick’s Day lucky bracelet with me this week in preparation for the holiday. With just a few supplies, this fun kids craft is the perfect way to get ready for St. Patrick’s Day! St. Patrick’s Day lucky bracelet kids craft supplies:
- green and black pony beads
- plastic lacing thread
- alphabet beads to spell “lucky”
Tie a knot at the end of the thread and string on the “lucky” beads with a black pony bead between each letter.
String four green pony beads onto the thread and then loop the tail of the thread back through the first green bead. Pull the thread tightly and knot to create a four leaf clover charm.
Tie both ends of the string to finish the bracelet.
Wear your your bracelet for good luck.. and be sure to keep it on for a little green to avoid getting pinched on St. Patrick’s Day!
Do you make anything fun for St. Patrick’s Day?
