Some of my very favorite drinks are absolutely perfect this time of year – things like hot apple cider, hot cocoa, chai tea lattes, maybe a splash of Irish Cream in your coffee! YUM! I love sitting with something warm by the glow of the Christmas tree lights (and would LOVE to sit by the fireplace if we had one). And, then, there are all those Christmas and New Years Eve parties just begging for the perfect drink (whether with alcohol or not). Yum! We tried a hot chocolate cocktail for the first time last year with chocolate wine that was super tasty! And, I have a fun “peppermint dream” cocktail coming to the blog just in time for New Years! In the mean time, I’m definitely planning on making some peppermint hot chocolate and some chai tea! I think some cranberry punch would be perfect for Christmas dinner too!
