Sometimes you just need an easy & kid-friendly dinner recipe – one that you know the whole family will eat and you can get on the table in no time! So, I’m sharing one with you today! After the hit that the ham & cheese rollups were, I decided to make a chicken cordon bleu variety. YUM!

Chicken Cordon Bleu Crescent RollsAnd, these were even more well-received than the ham & cheese roll-ups! Big Brother went crazy for them! Ha! I love how easy & fast these are to make! It’s a great option for sprucing up the chicken leftovers (or something fun to do with a deli rotisserie chicken)! Chicken Cordon Bleu RollupsThe “recipe” for making these really couldn’t be easier! You just unroll your Pillsbury Crescent roll dough and separate out the triangles. On each triangle place of slice of ham (as thinly sliced as possible). On top of the ham, add half a slice of provolone cheese (or swiss – you pick). Put some chicken pieces on top of the cheese (I shredded it a bit to make sure it would be easy for the kids to eat and roll nicely). Then, roll up the triangles (fold in the sides as best you can – I just stretched the corners up and around) and bake at 350 for about 12 minutes (until the rolls are just barely golden brown). Chicken Cordon Bleu Pillsbury Crescent RollsTo prevent any of the yummy cheese from sticking to the pan, I recommend baking on parchment. That’s it! SO easy! This is definitely something you could have on the table in just about 20 minutes! Perfect! Chicken Cordon Bleu Rolls

The possibilities of flavors here are really endless. Pizza roll-ups? Turkey & pepper jack roll-ups? Italian sub? So many great options! And, these freeze great too, so you could make a bunch in advance and freeze for later. Super easy and one that should be a hit with the whole family!  Pillsbury LogoWant a winning weeknight dinner the family will enjoy, make Pillsbury Crescent Rolls.. 1. These are awesome!!! Love Chicken Cordon Bleu 🙂 For a little more fancy main dish, you could place unbaked roll ups in a baking dish and pour cream of chicken soup(mixed with a little milk) over the top of the roll ups. Bake til rollups are golden brown and 5 mins before done, remove, top with swiss cheese slices. Return to oven just to melt the cheese. Yummy!!!
